Join Southland Salutes for the BBQ 4 VETS BBQ Competition & Benefit on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Konow’s Farm in Homer Glen, IL—a full day of free, family-friendly fun with a purpose. Enjoy great food, live music, competitions, and activities for all ages while supporting Manteno and LaSalle Veterans Homes, Gold Star families, and other veteran-focused programs. From the BBQ rib competition and People’s Choice wing contest to raffles, entertainment, and a special motorcycle escort honoring our veterans, this event brings the community together to give back and make a real impact.
